Warranty

Zeus’s warranty covers manufacturer defects for products purchased through authorized dealers or directly from ZEUS’s online store. This warranty specifically excludes cracked windows, tent tears, broken or bent poles due to excessive winds, or damage resulting from unattended use.

Zeus’s warranty covers specific parts that are necessary for the tent to function properly during use. These parts will be replaced or repaired to ensure that the tent functions as designed. Warranty coverage is one year from the delivery date of the product. We have spent many months designing and testing the Zeus Thermal Cigar Shelter and promise to all our purchasers that we will do whatever we can, to get your tent repaired as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be derived if any of the operating parts of your shelter do not function as designed. Should this occur, please contact us immediately by email, and include a picture of the issue you are experiencing. Once we receive your claim request, it will be reviewed and our Warranty Department will contact you within 48 hours of your request.
